I wish they were also showing the games from 94, because I'm not sure where my ancient VHS tapes are of those games. It would be cool to be able to DVD some of those games in decent quality.
But I ain't complaining!

Dump ComCast and get DirectTV or Dish Network basic and you'll get ESPN Classic.

What patriotic song line do you think that Jack Edwards will passionately quote if we win this time?
I'm going with "Ev'ry heart beats true 'neath the red, white and blue."
It's a high flying flag indeed, Jack.

I'm not sure, but probably something with amber waves of grain in it.

That is why I am currently copying my old VHS tapes to my new DVD-R before they get in such bad shape, they will be unrecognizable.

SWEET! I just drove up 2 hours from my parents' house, completely forgetting that I forgot the US v Portugal and US v Germany tapes, as well as a couple slices of leftover pizza.
Thank you.
now I just have to find some free pizza and I'm set....

This is the match that made me a soccer fan. I was just getting ready to go to bed, saw it on the TV listings, got a little curious and decided to set the alarm super-early.
At 3-0, I was hooked :)
