I did qualifying with the USA. Did a redraw for the groups and got Canada, Panama, and Trinidad & Tobago in my semifinal group. Played on World Class with 10 minute halves, this is where I'm at:

I drew 2-2 with Ireland using my backup squad. Twellman scored both goals! :eek:

For knockout round I switched it up on defense. I put Convey at left wingback and moved Bocanegra in the middle with Pope, benching Berhalter. Convey & Beasley owned the left and produced goals to Eddie Johnson and Donovan. Riquelme scored in what I thought was really cheap/cheating fashion... the first half had ended and normally the game blows the whistle almost right away, well they decided to give Argentina at least 15 minutes worth of stoppage time to try to get the goal, and they eventually did... so in the second half I played very conservatively. Switched to a 5-man backline bring in Onyewu and pretty much stopped attacking, but was able to contain their attack and held on to win 2-1. Bring on ENGLAND in the QUARTERFINALS!
