Stern John was just put clean through on Cech and hit him in the chest from 5 yards! Should be level.

Game is on television here. Looked like it might be 2-0, as a nice shot from 19 was saved (diving, not a full stretch). But the play looked exactly like what the US has to look out for, Koller posts up at about the 8, someone with floppy hair that could be nedved but I'm not sure is lurking just outside waiting for a knock back blasts it on the volley. It was on target.

CZE earn a free kick on the edge of the box, but Jankulovski skies it over the bar. Oohh, Jack with a nice save to keep it 1-0.

2-0, nedved, knocked back to him at 20-22 by koller and great shot skims the sidenetting.

With the exception of Koller, whose game most closely resembles Shaq's, the Czech's go down at the lightest feather touch.
It's a strategy. Wow, they do not waste time in the attack. the ball is within 30 yrds of the goal, expect the shot that second. Good shots, as well, on target and at posts. 24 minutes, 2-0

Hmmm...
Seems like it's a good showing for the Czechs, but I'm sure we'll be very well prepared for them. I'm not worried. After all, it is Trinidad & Tobago they're playing. :D

And there's the other risk, direct cross in to koller who tries to flick it over the keep and in. nice shot. man, they are an attacking side. t&t are not showing very well here. getting shoved off the ball when they attack , and getting spread and beat when they defend. they're no where near as fast on the ball as CR (no idea about foot speed, but it really doesn't matter thus far).

They really just take shots from anyone within 30 yards. But pretty good shots.

Bruckner startegy will be this. Bet on it.
Let us come, watch our midfield give the ball away in the middle.
Their skilled players will attack us with speed with lot's of space.
Watch Poland match in Germany half one. Just the Czechs are better and will make us pay. Count on it. If we lose it will be here, in this manner.
