Hey guys, I'm looking for a good set of excercises for my lower back. I'm in my mid 30s and I'm starting to get stiff and sore after playing. I have trouble with tight hamstrings, too, and I believe this is all tied together.
I've got bad posture and too much time in the car. I workout and play regularly so I'm looking for excercises or stretches to incorporate into my routine. If you know of any good websites, that would be great, too. I know yoga would be helpful, but I'd like something more specificly like which poses work best.
