This lineup is what we've been tinkering with in the last two friendlies. Salgado might start in RB if he fully recovers of a muscle injury and Pernía might start in LB after he regains form, he has only been in training for two days after replacing Del Horno.

PK kickers: Torres/Villa (whoever swipes the ball first)

Not so sure about the starting lineup but Im pretty sure that Al-Shalhoub is going to take the PKs for Saudi.

It's basically a 5-4-1 / 4-5-1 / 3-6-1 as nesmachny and Husev are there to control the whole flanks, although their primary objective will be to defend.

Rebrov and Shevchenko make a stunning striking duo but for the last two - three years Rebrov has been playing midfield. He and Tymoschuk are really good play makers and will support Sheva with accurate through balls.

Husyn can play a libero, a stopper, or a defensive central midfielder. For this game he will probably be one of two central backs/stoppers who will be marking Spanish forwards man-on-man.

Rebrov and Shevchenko are usually deadly penalty kick takers. Husyn used to be one as well. He still takes PKs for his club team, Krylya Sovetov Samara (Russian premier League). However, he has missed his last three.

Defence : Trabelsi is superb, Haggui has had a good year at Strasbourg, Jaidi very good in the air, not so good on the ground, left back may be Ayari or Meriah

Midlfield : likely to have two holding/defensive players, so two from Bouazizi, Mnari and Nafti. Namouchi and Chedli are more attack minded. Other options are Ghodhbane (creative) and Melliti (not as subtle)

Strikers : Santos, and either Jaziri or Essediri

It will be a 4-5-1 against Spain. Voronin will sit behind Shevchenko just in front of the pairing of three between Rotan, Gusin, Gusev and Shelayev.

Sheva will take most free-kicks and pens. Tymoschuk can also fire them in too.

I merely listed players in their lines not their positions. Husyn will, indeed be used as a defender. He has often been used in that role. Due to the overcrowding in central midfield, he will be place in a one of the stopper slots. Mind you, Husyn may be one of the best personal markers on this team.

Oh, and I do not expect to see Shelaev as a starter against Spain. Frankly, even yezersky does not make my toes tingle.
