Well, it was all over the TV news last night, so I'd call that confirmation.

Several hundred people camped out overnight in front of the Köln ticket center. When the staff showed up to open it, they told all those waiting that there would be no tickets. The people simply didn't believe the staff (can you blame them?) and stood around all day. No tickets.
It looks like the OC messed up with the earlier tickets in Dortmund (some people got tickets for the final, even), but they are not going to let it happen again.
I've still not heard how this was possible in the first place, and I don't expect to get an explanaition any time soon.

Final match 64? Unbelieveable. I guess the OC really screwed up big time here.
