Did FIFA steal my money ?

I made the transfer of one ticket last week. Everything was OK
but today I noticed that they took money from my account twice.
What sould I do ? They don't reply for my e-mails. I'm furious.
Anybody has the same ?

yep, same thing happened to me last week. Transferred two tickets, charged for three.
but i don't really want to draw attention to my transfers, so i'm not planning on trying to get my money back until after i've been to the games.
