Japanese is cool as shit but hard as fcuk. Relatively, Spanish is boring as shit but easy as pie. And more "useful."

I would tell you to take German, but everyone hates on us German scholars.

And for the record, I chickened out of Japanese after I bought the book and started looking through it. Went to Spanish class today instead. :p

I've fell into a great situation this morning. I have a class at 9:30, but I have no clue where it is, so I get on my school's site to look up my schedule, and that part of the site is down. Now I'm just waiting to see if I can get my schedule in time to make it to class.

Got our first win of the year beating cross-town rival University 23-10. Close to 200 yards passing and 2 touchdowns. I will post the article tomorrow if you guys want.

My alma mater is playing in the Herbstreit Challenge next Saturday. I just looked at the full schedule today, and man, that thing has a ton of powerhouse schools.

Line protects Toon, Northwood collects

IRVINE – Northwood's offensive line figured out a way to protect its quarterback Thursday night, and the results paid off in a victory.

Quarterback Travis Toon looked comfortable in the pocket, throwing two touchdown passes to lead the Timberwolves to a 23-10 victory over University at Irvine High.

Northwood (1-1) allowed seven quarterback sacks in last week's 21-7 loss to Kennedy.

Thursday night, University (0-1) managed just one sack in a nonleague matchup of former Pacific Coast League rivals.

"They (the linemen) just got nastier and they were more aggressive in there," Toon said. "They had a great week of practice."

Toon completed 10 of 17 passes for 184 yards.

"We did a much better job," Northwood Coach Rick Curtis said. "We changed the front and we did some shotgun, which gave Travis a little more time."

We go routed. I have never seen more missed tackles in my life. Offensively we moved the ball nicely but had our drives stall on dumb play calls and sacks. This team however, could be the best in our division and maybe the best we play all year.
