Xaverov are reported to be withdrawing from the 2nd division next year because of money problems. They want to sell their professional license to a lower division club. Sokolov (4th division) want to buy the professional license of Pardubice, if Pardubice doesn't get relegated.

In Moravia, it is being reported that Jakubovice (3rd division - MSFL) who have been promoted to the 2nd division for next year will move to Fulnek.

Opava wants to take Kunovice's place in the 2nd division. Opava currently play in the 5th division, but they relegated themselves to the 5th division from the first because of financial difficulty.

It appears that Opava (currently in 5th division) and Sokolov (4th division) will indeed be playing in the 2nd division next year. The CMFS approved the purchase of the second division licenses from Pardubice and Kunovice. Both of those clubs will be playing in lower divisions next year.

Xaverov will move down a division or two no matter if they find a buyer for their second division license or not. If they don't, the second place team from the CFL (3rd division) will be promoted.

just saw this on Bohemian's site.

On June 6, 2006, the world as we know it was supposed to come to an end. Not for Bohemka, though! The management called today a surprise press conference to announce that Bohemians 1905 have secured a purchase of the second league license from Xaverov, whose owner got tired of losing money year after year.
Some explanation is necessary. In the Byzantine world of Czech football, it has been made possible to purchase a professional license from clubs in the first and second league willing to sell them. Although Bohemka’s management always insisted on not wanting to go this route, the temptation was obviously too large. It was not an easy task; it was revealed that Bohemka had to beat off four other clubs interested in the purchase.

Kind of ambivalent about this. Nice to see Bohemians take a step up, but not a pleasant way of doing it.

Does this mean that Bohemians have bought out Xaverov and Xaverov now cease to exist (similar to Wimbledon/Milton Keynes), or is it literally a case of them selling their place in the division and dropping down?

I think it is the case of Xaverov selling their place and dropping down. I haven't seen confirmation of this, so I'm not 100% sure. Good to see Bohemians 1905 back in the 2nd division though.

Divize (4th division) club Banik Sokolov have purchased the 2nd division license of Pardubice and will play in the 2nd division next year. Again, I'm not sure if Pardubice will drop down to the 4th division, but I think that is the case.
