Over 30 league Broward County

I am new to South Florida, are there any pick-up or leagues for over 30 players in Broward not Miami-Dade.

Looking more for a pub league nothing to serious, just exercise and fun.

gold coast league. they play near commercial and 95

there are better leagues, but they are in miami i think.
