The perfomances against Lautern and Olypiakos
were really criminal acts.

This time the performance was not so bad,
but i am also dissapointed,
some players should use their brain more often.

I dont neccessarily support Werder like you guys, but I enjoy watching them at times, and would love to see them win the title thnis seasonn. Especially over Bayern Munich.

Does anyone know, how has Diego been playing?

yes. it's not acceptable. When they wear the werder shirt, they must fight like the lions.

Bremen played quite poorly in the preseason last year and ended up having a pretty good season, I wouldn't put a lot of stock in preseason form. I really like the signing of Diego, he will replace Micoud well at least in the bundesliga, not as much so in Euro competitions. Btw, is Klose going to Newcastle? That might be interesting!

Nope, Klose won't go to Newcastle, that's for sure. 1.) Why'd he leave Werder for Necastle? Bremen has the better team 2.) even if our managmenet would like to sell Klose (and I can tell you, that they don't wanna sell him already this summer) Newcastle offered far to less money for Klose.

Diego played pretty good so far. And when Klose&Frings&Borowski(&Baumann) will be back, he'll be even better. ;)

Even though I'm a Bayern fan, I've got to say I'm also a fan of Bremen, they embody the true spririt of German football. As far as Klose, I would've like to see how many goals he can score in the EPL. And after watching "FoxsportsWorld Report" here in the U.S, I think there is one more bid coming for Newcastle, but you're probably right the deal don't make a lot of sense from Bremen and Klose's points of views.

Frings is now interfering with the transfer of mertesacker! LOL!:

he says he can't imagine why 96 wants to work with a player who's heart is not with 96 anymore.

Yeah, and that is really a reason to let him go for to few money.
Even a half-hearted Mertesacker will be better for us than any other central defender awailable on the market at the moment. Leave alone that he doesn't really get that much money from us(we offered him to give him more when he puts that 1.5€ in 2007 thing out of his contract, can't help him then...

Werder: Mertesacker-Transfer immer wahrscheinlicher

Forget it, yesterday and this morning they said merte would be a Bremen player tonight... I don't think so, this is taking way longer than expected. Add to that Allofs' remarks on Bild, if I would be in charge of Hanover I'd say **** you...

trying to keep him against his will is not a good idea... He really wants to play for werder, his heart is already there.

Yeah right. I didn't make sense to develop him the first place, right? But I guess us Hanoverians are just mistaking arrogance with Bremen's winner genes...
