Alright ive been meaning to make one of these. A recent thread remiened me aobtu it. Basically you can ask for help on freestyle tricks. Post vids of your own stuff.

Heres a move that I saw not to long ago at Dallas Cup, very easy to learn and pretty imprsesive. Well its alot easer to just balance while standing up-the sitting up part is tricky.

Right now im in the process of trying to learn 3 new tricks from this video,
http://youtube.com/watch?v=JYK2pniA1Ek&search=the%20chain

The very first trick Ronaldinho does. Not that hard to do just will take pratice.

The the Trick he does at 1:55. The step over like move. A bit tricky only thing I can think of is throwing it and just practicing it, Im having a hard time having the ball bounce straight up when i hit it with the "plant" foot.

And the the move at 2:54. THe classic Ronaldinho move. All i notice that I can do to maek this easier is to slightly lift the toe of the plnat foot right before the bal lhits but its still very tricky to even get the basic part of the mvoe down.

THese moves are cool, but how useful are they in a game? In games I usually just do stepovers and kreifs, but if I have the chance I'll do a helicopter or something fancier.

They help with your first touch and ball control. But in reality theyre just to show off.

Plus its laot eaiser to practice juggling at home than shots and cuts.

I can do the first trick with balancing the ball on your head and doing sit ups. I always find the hardest part is getting onto my butt! But once you have the ball on your head though its not too difficult.

I come up with all kind of crap during games to do. My game is kind of the equivalent to some of the And1 basketball stuff. I call it And1 soccer. A lot of soccer tricks can be useful in games, but the key is knowing when to do it. The time for that stype of stuff si when you need to beat someone one on one or are trapped in a corner with two defenders and no way to pass out of it. If you need an example of how it can be useful go and find clips of JayJay Okocha.

Good thread. I'm working on my elastico, which I never thought I'd actually be able to execute properly (don't wanna brake it out if it's not gonna work properly, right ;)) untill recently, when I was on a court, we got scored on and I wanted to move the ball up the field, guy that scored got into the ball and I thought '******** it' and it actually worked :D So I think I'm just gonna try that more.

My go-to trick is holding the ball between my heel and my butt, although I have to do a little jump to continue, knock it loose with my left foot.

In play, I use the first move out of this (http://youtube.com/watch?v=AMZ6SkzG5j8&search=ribery)video alot. Used to do it differently, but now i've seen this one, it's pretty easy and it's a nicer looking version of the roullete (or at least how I do it, with the second foot on top of the ball aswell)
