I can't believe I'm seeeing 15 yr. old girls playing soccer on FSC.
FSC is airing "highlights" of the Cal South Nation Cup.
This is a youth tourney. Outside of So Cal who the heck cares about this tourney?
So FSC has nothing else in the library that they have to air this?
Is this what FSC is going to be showing all summer?
Highlights of California soccer tournaments?
At best this should be a 3 min segment on FC FOX, not a half hour show.
Please FSC, get your shite together and give us some real content.

Ever since the European leagues ended, FSC has been the worst channel in my lineup. Maybe if they would've picked up MLS games, people would tune in more. For me, it's been Direct Kick and GolTV as of late.

The future.
Oh yeah, they're currently showing an Irish international match right now after the Italy-Denmark Euro U-21 game. Hmm. Crap eh?

This has got be a time buy.
Probably.
It just looks pretty low rent.
And if it is a time buy, how little are they selling their time for? That tournament can't have that much money attached?

We have come to this point. GolTV, Fox Soccer, Setanta. We have too many soccer channels. Should we be grateful?

This is probably a BARTER.
FSC gets a booth at the Cal South Soccer Nation Expo at the Anaheim Convention Center each February, where the FSC personalities such as Max Bretos, Nick Geber, and Steven Cohen can meet the kiddies and sign autographs.

In exchange, Cal South gets TV time and production considerations on FSC.
Cal South is one of the largest youth soccer organization in the US. A ton of suburban/country club youth soccer is played in Santa Barbara, Ventura, LA, Orange, and San Diego counties.

Agreed. And FSC also ran a promo or two (FWIW) indicating that it might lead into some kind of national championship. I don't know if they're airing it, though the promo suggested that they might be.

Oh, just give it a year.
