I've been thinking a while, and sometimes I think the recent football leagues are unfair. If you should be the best club of Bangladesh, Armenia or Togo for example, you can't promote to a league with good high professional teams with big stadiums and high television rights/incomes and big players. If you're an English team, it is very hard to reach the highest level, because there are unbelievable many big teams over there. For a (example) Norwegian team it is relative very easy to make name in Europe, because qualifieing for the Champions League is much and much easier than for a Spanish/English team.
So this way, some clubs are doomed to stay in a very weak, unattractive league and will never develop.
Why not making 13 big comparable, strong, attractive football leagues?
Starting with the best football clubs of:
1 England, Scotland, Wales etc.
Chelsea, Man United, Arsenal, Celtic, Liverpool, Spurts
2 Spain, Portugal etc.
Real, Barca, Porto, Benfica, Valencia etc.
3 Italy, Switzerland etc.
Milan, Juve, Basel
4 Germany, Austria etc.
Bayern, Rapid Wien, Dortmund
5 France, Netherlands, Scandinavia etc.
PSV, Lyon, Ajax, PSG, Rosenborg
6 Russia, Turkey, Greece, Serbia etc.
CSKA Moscow, Galatasaray, Panathinaikos, Sparta Prague
7 Brazil, Colombia etc.
Corinthians, Flamengo etc.
8 Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Peru etc.
River, Boca
9 USA, Mexico, Canada, Costa Rica etc.
LA Galaxy, America, Guadalajara, DC Utd., RB New York
10 South Africa, Cameroon, Nigeria, Senegal etc.
Chiefs, Pirates etc.
11 Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iran etc.
Al-Ittihad, Pirouzi, Esperance, Al-Ahly etc.
12 China, India, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand etc.
Shanghai Shenhua, Sydney FC, Persija Jakarta
13 Japan, South Korea etc.
Urawa Reds, Yokohama Marinos, FC Seoul
And let all leagues have 20 clubs. Below each big league, the national leagues as they are now will stay. The best clubs can try to 'escape' their national leagues and try to promote to one of the 13 big leagues.

I think this will make the football more fair, if the leagues will be more equal.
