I think letting Beattie go out on loan with all the extra games we are playing in Europe would be a large mistake. Especailly with BBJ getting up there in age and knocks.

Czech back paradise bound? Let's hope so we are in desperate need in the back and a lineup of Balde,Wilson,McManus,Camera,Varga and Caldwell would't install doubt in a pesimistic.

Lastly Virgo on his way to join SU. He was one of the few poor siginngs by GS. Not to mention we got taken to the cleaners $1.5M, yeah right

The answer is NO!:D

Another Pole to Parkhead? Funniest part is where he compares the SPL to the Turkish League are on the same level. He must be on crack.

I figured it might be a defensive player.

Quinton is a solid player. I never thought he was amazing, but he isn't garbage either.

I like Hartson, but Celtic could do better; just don't know who is the question. I wish him well. He was the one complaining about not being close enough to Wales. He got his wish, but with a sad side.

Building around Zurawski will serve Celtic better in the long run, rathering than hankering after the glory days of Hartson.

Don't get me wrong; the guy's still a great player (at what he does ;)) and was second-top scorer last season. But he's getting on a bit, his physical style of play won't last forever.

That said, I think he's staying $_$

Looks like I am about to get my question answered. JFH would be a great signing.

Kranjcar and De La Cruz, Parkhead bound? Wouldn't mind seeing either in the hoops. Kranjcar is a young lad not currently what GS is looing for but more depth is needed in midfield especially if Petrov is allowed to leave. DLC who is now 32 is a solid back and maybee looking for some hardware as his carrer starts to wind down. All of this of course will not come to frutuion if Petrov isn't moved and at Portsmouth offer of $4M that isn't going to happen. If no one steps up to offer $6M I say we hold him until January and then these clubs will be willing to dish out the cash to avoid relagation. Hail Hail

I have noticed how his career is plummetting since Chelsea dumped him back in 2003. Boro...now Charlton, what next Doncaster???

Lol if they would splash that cash he would take it in a heartbeat. I find it ammusing when footballers make excessive wage demands on the Firm and don't realize that you have to prove your worth in club colors before we will shell out the cash.

Unfortunately that applies to most players nowadays...

I still hope we'll get Damion Duff or Robbie Keane in the nearest future.
