From the looks of it T-Com bought the internet rights to all Bundesliga matches for the first and second league. A few questions for you guys overseas in Europe. Do you guys have any extra knowledge on this? Is it going to cost money or will it be for free(I figure it will cost something)??? The quality should be much better than some PPLive or the other variations of peer-to-peer downloads. Do you think that all the Bayern matches can now be seen live on this channel??? Also with T-Com doing this for the entire Bundesliga 1 and 2, does this mean that probably after next year our T-Com sponsorship will be done??? Some of you european guys were saying that T-Com is looking to get more spotlight by sponsoring the entire Bundesliga, and this is definately a step towards that direction.

I don't think that you guys abroad could watch it, so far it seems only Telekom costumers, who subscribed to VDSL - only available in 10 german cities so far -, can watch this via IPTV and this new set top box on their tv at home

so is it like digital cable, and its just a thing sort of like in the USA with Baseball, Football, and Basketball. Where you can pay quite a bit more a month to watch any match you want type thing??? It seems to make a bit more sense now. :) thx guys

Yeah, but for that kind of money you get triple-play service. Phone, TV, internet from one provider and flatrated of course.

Still, before I spend my money to Telekom I'll throw it out of the window.
