Title of the article is misleading, as it's more about Convey, Donovan, Beasley, and Onyewu coming up through the youth ranks together. Does anyone know how much they have played together before, as a foursome? I think they all played in the 1999 U-17 world championships, but other than that?

Wow, misleading is an understatement. I can't begin to understand what the title has to do with the article.

That's called the copy editor not doing his job -- or failing to read the context of the article. And that may very well be Soccernet's fault, rather than that of the Associated Press.

Can someone see if they can find this wire copy, word for word, on another site -- and see what headline they use? Just curious.

Then I guess it is the AP's headline.
