World Cup Pick'em / Tournament Bracket Games

I'm looking for a World Cup Pick'em / Tournament Bracket Game that allows user created divisions. I want to run a bracket game for my supporters club but was hoping to use someone else's web infrastructure and just create a private division within their setup for our group.

Does anybody have a link to a world cup game that supports this feature?

I haven't played around with it yet, but it looks like ESPN's sucks this year. It was better in 2002.

Seems like they just bunch it all together in one big challenge.
