Ticketing Center Phone Number?

Does anybody have the ticketing center phone number? I haven't recieved my tickets in the mail yet... I've tried emailing with no response, so would like to try calling someone, but can't find the number.

Do you have a mailing address in Germany? Otherwise you might as well plan on picking up at a ticketing center. Add: They start answering the phones at 9:30am CET during the week...not sure about weekends...anyone?

Thanks. They're tickets from early in Phase IV. They tried to sent it, but it was never delivered (I have the DHL tracking number). We don't have a certificate like the ones from Phase V - so I wonder, can we still pick them up at the ticketing center?

Then try the hotline number and talk it over with them. They'll tell ya' what to do.

bad news: our tickets from JANUARY were misprinted or somesuch and we have to pick up in Germany

All my tickets have to be picked up in Germany as well...

When i gave her the order # she asked me what ticket I was talking about because I had several games. She started counting and got to 8...

I quickly told her it was 7, 1 of them i had it sold through fifa and she said
AHHHH i was going to say you can only have a maximum of 7
