well lucio is good enough for german league but their league is not shining at the moment...
i will repeat it no brasilian defenders in top 10,serious there are alot of better players.

You would think the list would be full of CBs because their main function is defence yet people have down famous FBs who are more known for their offence of skills reather than defence.

How come no one mentioned the Ivory Coast duo from Arsenal? Someone mentioned Campbell... but everyone knows that Kolo Toure is the better defender. And Eboue is on the rise.
