Yes, but they will enter 1 stage earlier in the UEFA-cup than before.

So with the new format they have to beat 2 teams to get into the 1st round of the UEFA-cup. In the old format they would have to beat 3 teams to get into the 1st round.

If they win their two-legged game, they would go into the second qualifying round, and I think there are three rounds. So six games before they get to the Uefa cup first round. And they start a week after the world cup!

No, there are only 2 qualifying rounds in UEFA-cup, so it will be 4 matches before UEFA-cup round 1:

Intertoto round 3: 15/16 & 22 July
UEFA-cup qualifying round 2: 10 & 24 August

Any idea when UEFA will update their site with each league's team that has gained entry? I'm too lazy to search each countires league site

Take a look at Seeding in the UEFA Cup 2006/2007 (http://www.xs4all.nl/~kassiesa/bert/uefa/seeduc2006.html) (scroll down to "2nd Qualifying Round"). It has fairly complete list a the intertoto teams and well as a full description of the UEFA Cup format and seeding.

Only chance you may have would be when Newcastle comes in the 3rd round. FSC may try and pick that up to fill their summer schedule.
