If someone has ask, or if there is info on this already, sorry for asking again or for being too lazy to look...
Are there going to be trading cards made available? Back when I was in El Salvador (Up to 1990) They use to come out with "albums" In which you bought a blank World Cup Album and then you bought packages of trading cards which you would "stick" on the album. Of course the goal was to a) Fill Up the album and to b)trade cards with your buddies...
Any idea if this is happening?

Yeah, I want to know this too. I collected the Panini albums back in Peru up until Korea Japan. I know the Album has come out, but I dont know if they sell it here in the states, and if so, where?

Well after doing some research it seems that there was a set of 150 cards released by "panini" and they are calling the set the "official" trading card set of Germany 2006. If you go to ebay you find the collectors binder and either the complete set, opened or they'll sell you a bunch of packs, unopened.
I think I'm going to stop by the trading card store near my house today and see if they have it. I just don't trust ebay.

PANINI creates the "albums" and if you go to their site you can find the stickers and the book.
I paid $14 for the book, 10 packs and S&H
I am very exited, my last album collection was in 1990 back home in Colombia. I have also read that you can buy the book completed on eBay, but I rather get the thrill of opening each pack myself

I recently bought the panini sticker album for about $1.00 - $1.50 and a box set of stickers, 100 packs for 5 stickers a pack for $35.00 and wasnt that bad, out of 500 stickets I only had about 27 repeats so I only needed 120 or so to fill up the album, Im currently missing 6..

I wonder if Upper Deck will get into the fray again.
