At 1:58 in this video C.Ronaldo does this trick where he taps the ball with heel of lead foot to back foot, then when he switches feet he repeats it all while running at full speed. Ever since I saw that trick i've fallen in love with it, was wondering if anyone here can actually do it? And is it hard to learn?

I remember having already seen that trick (in that same video too).

I'll try it out one of these days.

Edit: after rewatching it, it just seems like a really long (physical length-wise) variation of passing the ball to the back foot and sending it back in front. At least the second time that's what he does. He hits it with the side of his back foot.

It looks a lot more complicated than it actually is, if you break it down into steps its actually quite easy, foot placement with this juke is pretty crucial just make sure you know where your feet need to be, and have good sense of timing.
