Oswaldo, teams like Euskadi and Chechnya make sense - why would Costa Rica and Wales be able to participate in the non-FIFA World Cup?

Oswaldo, teams like Euskadi and Chechnya make sense - why would Costa Rica and Wales be able to participate in the non-FIFA World Cup?
Those were just friendly matches for Costa Rica and Wales to train with, they have nothing to do with the non-FIFA World Cup.

This is funny:
After the End Game Between Turkish Northern Cyprus and Zanzibar on June 3rd the Best myBet.com-Streakers Will be Awarded Prizes
The times have past when football stadium streakers were mercilessly pursued, arrested and fined. At the alternative World Cup, the FIFI Wild Cup, where football teams that are not recognised by FIFA, play for a moment for football's crowning achievement. The threatened streaking species has at last found a home. At what is almost the largest football event of the year, sponsored by the Internet betting portal my.Bet.com, a regular streaker happening took place on Thursday at the semi final between Gibraltar and Northern Cyprus. Print-quality photos are available at team@dripke.de. The end game between Turkish Northern Cyprus and Zanzibar on June 3rd is also expected to set a new standard and feature naked happenings once again.
Streaking is not allowed by the World Football organisers FIFA. Any fans, who would like to storm onto the pitch during the World Cup series which starts on June 9th, are well aware of the draconian six-figure fines that await them. It's quite a different matter at the FIFI Wild Cup, which is currently reaching its final phase on St. Pauli FC's holy pitch. At www.myBet.com and www.myBetWildcup.de everyone is invited to turn up and streak at the FIFI Wild Cup-Finale on the coming Saturday. After the end game, the best streaker will be nominated. As well as this, people will be streaking through the air by parachute.
Interested persons need to enter a few details about themselves on the Internet betting portal, along with a brief account explaining why they should be designated best streaker after the end game in what will then be a full stadium. With a bit of luck, you will gain the attention of nearly 20,000 spectators for a couple of seconds. In addition, there will be numerous TV teams and photographers from Germany and elsewhere on the spot, who will increase the number of spectators many times over. Further information and bets can be obtained under www.myBet.com.

N.F.-Board : Press-Conference of September 30th, 2006.

Footage by Marianne Rapoport (references on internet site).
Draw of 1st VIVA World Cup 2006™ respectively by Jean-Luc Kit, Christian Michelis and Florent Costa (City of Hyères Les Palmiers).
Draw appointing 2 Groups with 3 teams each which play all matches each other.
In every case, each team will play 3 matches according to plan from Monday to Friday (Rest on Thursday).
Draw (complete) :
Group A : Monaco, Southern Cameroons, Samiland (Sami).
Group B : Rom, Occitania, West Papua.
17h10 : Press’ Conference of N.F.-Board’s Executive Committee:
VIVA World Cup 2006 will well take place, despite disturbs and further actions of political pirates throughout our running.
A special recall to Maecenas, Donors and other Sponsors is spread in order to help us to better manage our « qualitative » budget and to aim at a complete success for this tournament’ first edition.
Thanks to continuous hardworking by N.F. Board’s Executive Committee which has never withdrawn face to unfair competition made up by Northern Cyprus’ Authorities.
But thanks above all to our FA members which have been always supporting us since several months (particularly Samiland, Monaco and Occitania), by filling in and by charging themselves of all expenses to take part to this first edition. Southern Cameroons and eventually West Papua and Rom are examples too in this sense. Thanks all the same to the town of Hyères which never showed any problems to engage to host.
Further, all candidatures as for organisation of 2008 edition (16 teams) and 2010 are officially opened today.
Any information will be available on our 2 internet sites in coming hours.
Finally we wish good luck in the same way to teams involved into ELF Cup in Northern Cyprus just because of simple budget’ reasons (Greenland, Tibet, Zanzibar) and they will undoubtfully join us again in next edition of VIVA World Cup.

Your wrong. The first World Cup 'non FIFA' occured during the late 1800s, and was a tournement that was held between and English team, a Swedish team, and an Italian team, also in the late 1800s. Held in Turin.
