Hi I would like to know who are the best left sided midfielders (natural left-footers) in the French league and which team do they play for? Rank them in terms of crossing ability, dribbling skills and passing. Remember natural left-footers.

My top 10: (some of 'em are not left-footed, but pretty much left-sided)

1. Florent Malouda (Lyon)
2. Franck Ribery (OM)
3. Olivier Thomert (Lens)
4. Olivier Monterrubio (Rennes)
5. Daisuke Matsui (Le Mans)
6. Jerome Rothen (PSG)
7. Geoffrey Dernis (Lille)
8. David Hellebuyck (St Etienne)
9. Jeremy Menez (Sochaux)
10. Denilson (Bordeaux)

What Denilson ? The one of fall' 05, he isn't even in the top 10. The one of the two last past month should be at least ranked 5. Far better than Rothen.

Ribery is a right-footer.
I would say Malouda is top in Ligue1

strange thing about malouda is he's a left footer and plays only on the left side but scores most of his gials with the right foot.

i saw matsui this w/e, and he's pretty good indeed!

He can play on the left though. He did against PSG in the cup final this year.
