I'd like to see at least 1 of Burke or McFadden start this one. I much prefer Faddy as a striker but i'd quite like to see him and Burkie come straight in for Teale and McCulloch tomorrow. I'd also like to see Rae in for Severin in the midfield. Apart from trhat we're as strong as can be.

There are fitness doubts over Anderson and Boyd, hopefully they can make it but the replacements are simple if they don't.

I'd take a draw in this one with all the players missing and with Japan's home advantage. Hopefully we will be more ruthless than them though and I think we may be.

Japan will be all out to win as it's Zico's last ever game as manager of Japan in Japan, and it's our last game on home soil before the world cup

I hope you do, as it will leave gaps for our attacking players to exploit. ;)

Faddy's in for Boyd who I can only presume isn't fully fit. That's the only change.

I can't believe Teale is still in, Burke is a far far better player.

So we win this summer big competition, 2 good performances from us. Many fringe players have shown they can do a job and there is good competition for places now.

It's also clear that Fletch must be allowed to be the main man in midfield.

One other point, one of the worst refs i've ever seen.

He control the game very well..
He service nice pass.. only one word: He suit very well in the middle of the pitch.

After Burke enter the game..Scotland get chances for win the game..

Shame we have such a tough qualifying group coming up because no matter what improvements we've seen here (the exciting prospect of Burke being the main one, probably) it may not be enough :(

Why? So you and your Leeds/England buddies can come and attack it?

Your "top boy" will be impressed with your "scouting", I bet.

It is our first trophy for 21 years! Our last one was the Rous Cup when we beat England. I’m sure you remember that.

Sounds like a plan!

Typical Leeds fan.

Never mind. I'm sure the nice, cuddly Liverpool fans will let you borrow their blades when the inevitable "ruck" with the Poles "kicks off." "Innit."
