for those of us too lazy to watch, what is the new show about? i watched the old one from time to time but the dubbing was just too weird. i'd like to give it another chance b/c i'd like to learn more about Mexican futbol.

Mexican media company MVS produced the old show Super Estadio, which has been renamed Super Futbol and is now being distributed exclusively in the US by Comcast Digital Cable to Selecto Total customers via MVS' "Canal 52 MX" channel on weeknights at 9:30pm ET.

(MVS produces a number of shows for FOX Sports en Espanol, including Diario FOX Sports, FOX Gol Mexico, and A Primera Vista.)

The new show on GolTV, Mexico, Lindo y Futbol looks to me to be a work in progress...

To me, the old Super Estadio show reminds me of one of the NFL pregame shows -- albeit done five days a week. Four voices, lots of film breakdown, technical talk, etc. The new show reminds me of NASCAR Nation -- taking cameras to players' houses, etc.

I Miss super estadio :(

but I dont mind seeing those 2 chics interviewing players in their homes.
