On the 23 French players, 20 are born in France. That's more than in my family ! Makelele arrived in France when he was 4, Vieira when he was 8 and Boumsong when he was 12. They've all got the French citizenship as any other kids arriving in France.

This is not a team of naturalized players for Christ's sake !! How can people be that much ignorant about French people !!

The first black guy who have played in the French national selection was Raoul Diagne in 1931. It was 75 years ago and still today there are people enough stupid in this world to believe there's no black people in France. How long will it take ? HOW LONG ?

As an American, please go back from wherever you came. Seriously!!! If you hate it so much, just leave. We're not a Communist country you are free to leave anytime and now would be great. We may not be the best place and don't get me started on the current Federal administration but we definitely don't deserve that much less from someone living here.

well my uneducated amigo i dont have a problem with the country at all... if you carefully read i said i have a problem with the soccer not the country. soccer is just much better in europe than it will ever be here in america, america honestly does not deserve to qualify ahead of italy and the czech republic. also european soccer is also better than asian and south american soccer thats why i said lets just have 2 euros instead
