Well done to Sevilla the best team won, however the scoreline did flatter them and Middlesbrough had a blatant penalty disallowed (I hope Fandel referees no more English sides, he never seems to give any descisions our way).
Anyway well done Sevilla, tho not a deserved scoreline.

Ummm.. I would say that the thread title would qualify as an "implied result"...;)
There are lots of people here in the states that are taping/tivo'ing the match..

doesn't matter if someone's taping it. just make the title, "Sevilla vs. Boro - UEFA Cup Final [R]" or something like that.

The thread titles appear on the front page.. This has been argued over and over and you are wasting your time.. Some people like to come here and read other things without having to worry about seeing a result plastered on the front page...;)

If you've recorded a game then it's a bit stupid going on the Internet before you've watched it. The same goes for listening to the radio or watching TV.

Hehe, love that episode. Don't think the Boro-Seville game was called off because of a waterlogged pitch though. Ooooops, damn there I go spoiling the end of that episode for the folks who haven't seen it yet. Er...sorry. :confused:

Said it in a thread before a month ago, Sevilla would win this cup...Ole Sevilla! Very good game by all the players, mainly Alves, Palop, L.Fabiano, both center defenders, and Maresca. Clear domination by the sevillanos over boro hopefully in the champions league final Barcelona can finish off the deal and bring both european trophies home...Viva La Liga, Viva Espanya!!!!
