Ever since Reading signed Convey back in '04 I started following Reading FC. I really enjoyed this past season (from what I could follow) and I now say I support RFC. I haven't had any teams in England that I supported before, but I really like the Royals. Classy team and I wish them all the best next season in the Prem! I hope I can stop by this forum every now and then.

Yes, glad to see Convey doing well and getting a lot of support from the team and the fans. The Reading FC website is giving both Convey and Hahnemann good coverage during the World Cup preparations. Hope we see Convey starting at least one WC game (I think Marcus is doomed to ride the bench for the entire tournemant).

I'll definitely be rooting for Reading next year. I will probably stay a Reading Supporter as long as Bobby Convey is still playing for them.

I was in the same boat for a while now not knowing what team in England I really rooted for. Then I saw my first Reading game and the rest is history. And I agree that Marcus looks like he will be sitting the bench for the WC....which I think is a big shame.
