* The Anna Nicole Smith Show. I know humanizing celebs via reality TV is the trend du jour, but the woman is a running (stumbling, slurring, crawling, falling down...) punchline, and everyone's in on the joke but her.
* I Bet You Will / Fear Factor / Any show where mysterious uncooked animal parts are eaten. Ugh. Next?
* Mind of the Married Man. It's half an hour of Mike Binder exorcising his extramarital desires under the pretense of "acting". Which he doesn't do very well. Why did HBO renew this tripe?

MTV reality shows like Sorority Life, Real World, Road Rules, I hate that crap.

Seriously, HBO has a well deserved reputation for putting out quality shows (Sopranos, Six Feet Under, Band of Brothers - even Sex and the City was decent at one point), yet they also have absolute crap like Arli$$ coming back season after season.

All the local newsprograms blow. All the morning shows blow. all of NBC must see TV blows. Dragonball Z or whatever blows. Reality tv blows except COPS. I love seeing goofy people getting busted.CBS blows except for 60min. ABC, WB, UPN, MTV1, 2, 3, blows. The only channel worth watching is PBS and any channel showing Futbol at that time. And the Simpson of course are worth watching.

So....PBS, 60 Minutes, and the Simpsons?
I guess some are too evolved for the likes of low brow me....
I personally take great enjoyment in watching terrible television....I can't stand Dawson's Creek.....hate it......have I ever missed an episode? nope....bad TV is fantastic...now, for shows that are just bad....I really couldn't tell you...I don't watch them....A couple that I won't sit through:
Becker
West Wing (no reason....other than the show seems very proud of itself)
Anything on after Friends on Thursday

The best bad TV is on the International Channel. Nothing like watching Korean MTV or soap operas from India or Hungary or Japan.
That station's slogan should be:
Not only is it bad, but you can't understand it!

Actually, those shows are great. You get your friends together, you all get stinking drunk and you make up your own dialogue to those awful shows. It's like MST3K

That's why I called it the "best bad TV"

Fair enough.
Those shows would totally lose their appeal if we could understand what the hell they're saying.

The funniest is Zee TV from India, that's an alternative to MTV (which they have too.) They play the non-movie related pop stuff. It is too funny.

Everybody loves Raymond (except maybe me).
That show pretty much inspired me to get cable.

Arliss blows big chunks! I agree completely it is lame, not funny and completely vapid. Whul how was once good in Hollywood Knights tanks it on that show. He must have something on someone at HBO.
