He seems to be on his way out of Old Trafford, anyone think that Bayern might at least try to talk to him?? Realistic?

Ruud is my most favorite footballer in the world, period, ever!!! but i just can't see him coming to bayern for several reasons, we are picking up Podolski, he will probably be a bit pricey and I believe he is older than Makaay. I think Ruud is like 31ish. Ruud would be amazing as a striker for us but because of age and price i think there will be too many factors for him to be able to come here.

its very unrealistic, because he can go to Milan or to an other Big european Club outside of germany.
yes RvN is a great player, not anymore on his former level but still a fantastic striker.
At BMike86, he is one years younger as Makaay :)

I'm not a Podolski fan, hopefully that will change for me though after he bangs a few in next season.

Makaay + Podolski + Pizarro + Ruud = One too many big name strikers.
New year we'll be fine with Makaay, Podolski, Pizza, and Santa Cruz (who is perhaps more valuable with his ability to also play several midfield positions). Personally I think Guerrero will join another Bundesliga club.

I think Makaay would literally kill Ruud if he came to Bayern, all those years of him being in Van Nistelrooy's shadow. I don't think Bayern would do that to Roy even if Ruud was affordable. And if Ruud did come to Bayern, Roy is definately running the hell out of Munich!!!
BUT there is less than a one percent chance of Ruud coming here. its just not going to happen, he will probably go to Inter or Juventus or something. With Adriano leaving for Spain or England that would be a huge void for Inter.

After reading about Ruud leaving the grounds I can't be anything but dissapointed about it. Just because the fourth or fifth striker was picked over him to start in the last match, he decides to leave and not even dress in the last match. I feel there is definately something between Ruud and Fergie, just like there was between Beckham and Fergie. ManU can have some of the best players with the biggest egos, but none can topple Fergie, and one day something in his mind hits him and he just instantly has intentions of moving on without a player. Sort of like how he benched Beckham in one of Beck's last matches with ManU. Ruud is definately out of ManU!!!
I read this article on Cesc for Arsenal, its about how Cesc appreciates everything that Wenger has done for him, and without him that he wouldnt be anything as special. And that he thanks him, and in the CL final he will show just how much he thanks Wenger for giving him a shot and helping him blossom into the player he is. I wonder, why can't we get players like that, that have the potential and then don't run their mouths and do what they are told, and prosper because of listening. I'm sure we will have those players at Bayern since we are starting to get younger, it is just the thing Bayern needs, players that appreciate what Bayern or Magath can do for them. Not players that expect things that they shouldnt. I'm not saying we should get Cesc, or players of that caliber or that will cost a lot, I'm saying we need to get players that are have that mentality and think like that, and are capable of giving their all like the clubs of old, where players will play injured during a tournament just so Bayern would win. We need those types!!!!!!

BREAKING NEWS !!!!
DPA - German Press Agentur is saying that Bayern is in serious talks with van Nistelrooy.
Nistelrooy says that Bayern is a very interesting Option.
They talk about an contract to 2009.
AND they say the Deal will be done in THIS week
man.. i dont know what to say.. believing or not.. DPA is very serious search normally.. i really dont know..

I'll believe this when I see it! So much for "Bayern don't go after big international stars."

Oh Scheisse!!! Roy pack your bags and run!!! A lot of me would love for my favorite footballer of all time to come here. I would buy his shirt before Podolski's (hehe, probably at the same time). And that would be one hugeaSS signing that no one really saw coming until just now. Our offense would really shoot throught the roof i'd think. from going from a club that had a tough time even finding the back of the net, to an offensive juggernaut like Bremen but better would be amazing. I am salivating just thinking about it
----------Makaay---------Van Nistelrooy-------
-----------------Podolski----------------------
and then to have Santa Cruz and Pizarro off the bench, wow! I am just gonna stop talking now before I see my favorite footballer of all time go somewhere else. I can only dream now.

First, snooop did you copy that news from the transfermarkt forum? It sounds like a fake, even users in the transfermarkt forum think that
Second, I want an online confirmation with a link to this specific dpa news, cause I couldn't find one!
Third, this transfer would not fit to the things Bayern officials said lately!
Fourth, I dont believe it!

MU will not let him go to Bayern without sucking much blood. He'll cost no less than 20 mio Euros.
Stay tuned.
At the end, the deal will be flopped because of the money issue.

What deal? At the moment it only looks like a fake! I couldn't find this specific dpa news in the net and give an url and I couldn't find a Sport news site which copied this dpa news! It smell like a fake and it looks like one!
edit: just for clarification: there are always some idiots in the Transfermarkt Gerüchteküche, who are just posting a fake transfer rumor. I think this just happened again
