My MVP would be the entire back line because of our lack of goal scoring this year they had to play really well in order for us to sneak out the draws, and the countless 1 goal victories.

I have to go with Ballack. There were several times throughout this season where it appeared the club didn't show up and he would score the one nothing winner for us. I know it appeared that many times it seemes when he was on the pitch that our club played pretty crappy as a team, but either way the goals were what helped us draw or win the match so he has to get some credit. I know also as well it seemed that some matches he could flat out disappear after shaking hands and trading match flags. After Ballack I probably see this:
2--Sagnol--for all his assists and job done in the backfield
3--Lucio---for his great play at CB
4--Kahn---a lot of good and great saves even tho losing the touch
5--Makaay-for all the goals he has scored over the year
honorable mention--Scholl--for his countless bursts of energy off the bench

I'll go with Ballack as well.....and I'm waiting for an attack from snoop and makkay about this, but Ballack has basically won numerous games for us when we didn't seem very creative and simply lacked inspiration.
I'm not saying Michael turned the games around in a brilliant fashion but he did score the goals that won the games for us, which kept us in front of Bremen and HSV.
Because to be totally honest, both those teams deserved to win the league this season and played a lot better than us for a long run this year.
Sangol was also instrumental, most notably in his assists to Ballack. Lucio was always the heart of the defense and his drive really was responsible for whatever inspiration we did have.
Kahn and Deisler were very good as well. If only Sebastian hadn't injured himself I'm sure he would have been the MVP.

Lucio and the back line. They really tightened things up when goals were not plentiful. I think if Podolski comes to Bayern (pretty much a given), I think that will make up for the goals lost with Ballack leaving.
P.S. Ballack is a close 2nd for my Bayern MVP.

Congrats on Henry staying. I bet you Arsenal fans are jumping up and down right now.

Money was never an issue.
Barca and Arsenal were offering the same amount.

Sagnol would be my MVP. He was our most consistent player and our most consistent creator, which is quite a feat for a right back.
Ballack and I guess Lucio would follow him up.
