Hi, i have a problem here. I guess i ll just copy my email to customer support from fifa site.. is there a separate email i can email them on ?? or just use their web form...

HI,
yesterday i bought tickets for the first time from FIFA WC site. Firstly i bought tickets to match 56 and have been assigned:
Customer number: 10*****67

Order confirmation number: 10*****26

Collection-ID: 8****6

some time later i was succesfull again and bought 3 tickets again for match 58. this time i got confirmation page on your server with the same Customer and COllection ID numbers but the Order number was 10*****46. But i never got an email confirmation for this tickets, and on my Customer Self Service page it only shows one order (10*****26).

Please tell me why my order 10*****46, doesnt show there and why i didnt get an email for it.

my credit card was charged for both sets of tickets.. just checked.. no reply from FIFA yet

As they have taken the money I would say you have the tickets then, although who knows what's going on with the customer service page.

Give them a phone as they are useless at answering emails

will be kinda hard to call them as i am from Ukraine... they will put me on hold for like 30 minutes i guess :(

Didn't take me more than a minute or so to get through. Just go for a quieter time when less people are likely to be phoning - i.e not now after everyone bought tickets last night.

Failing that you could try and email them. By the way have you had a confirmation email from them as you would normally get one of these as well?

i got confirmation email for my first order, which is listed in Customer Self Service.. but for the second order, i only got a printscreen of the webpage that told that my order was succesfully submitted and tickets have been reserved for me. It says that email should arrive soon.. also tells all these numbers, including Order Confirmation number.

I work in I.T so the following may have happened as a guess - may be way off the mark.

1) You went through all the stages of buying the tickets [ filling in cc details etc]
2) U got the confirmation screen back after they had charged your card
3) FIFA will then have another stage of the process for updating your customer service and sending on the related email.
4) During stage 3 above the connection went down [as has happend to many people during the buy tickets phase at various points] meaning that the last section was not finalised/completed.

This would mean that the most important part went through so I'd be very suprised if you didn't get the tickets. Just hold on to that confirmation number and make sure you get through to them and explain what happened. You need a mail to print out the certificate you need to take along to pick up the tickets.

I'd be confident in getting the tickets to be honest.

I have a similar problem.
I did get the e-mail with the certificate.
But the ticket never showed up in CSS.

i think we need to call ticket office and give them the number so they can check... if you succeed at doing that, please let me know what number to use.. coz i dont really know where to call :(

Don't know yet. I don't get a statement until the end of the month

What do you do when you're changing payment info, and you get this message:

Errors have occurred: Please verify credit card information !

When there's no error. Now what do you do when, while trying get past the message, you get it to accept the new card number but not the new expiration date, and it gets locked in that way . . . knowing they'll be trying to run the card any moment now :eek: Had these tickets booked and glowing about them for the last 2 weeks! Changed payment on Friday from bank transfer to credit card; just tried to change from credit card to debit card, and the website decided to go demonic on me :mad: I knew seeing Holland play would be too good to be true, and I'd get screwed on some crazy technicality . . . :(
