ok what do you do if you were lucky enough to get through and buy tickets but in your haste you misspelled your own last name? any way to change that info??

You should be able to change it later (name misspelled) in customer service
I am so happy right now...no more waiting room!

I concur with what everyone has already said. There has to be a more civilized way to do this than to have grown men hitting their F5 button all day. :eek:

i think in terms of picking the ticket up from the site, it should be ok, since you have birthdate, addresss, pass # to validate it....
the only trouble you might have is when you actually enter the stadium and they look at your ticket and your ID... but the chance of that happening might be small anyway...

What worked for you to get a red error screen? F5ing IN the waiting room, pressing next try in the waiting room or just pressing back and re-entering the anti robot code?

I hit the new try button on the bottom after the 30 sec timed out and got through on all 3 of my windows....that exact same question was bothering me ALL day.

That was the first time in months that using the refresh button provided by the waiting room actually worked.

That was how I got a red error screen in phase 4 but seeing as I haven't gotten one for 5 hours today I was wondering if there was another way around it this time around. Once again, thanks!
