I hope so. The man is an absolute disgrace to football.

I think he has enough in the tank for 1 more season, though I seriously doubt he will return to Celtic Park.

Personally I think most signs point to yes for him coming back to paradise for several reasons. First is to honor his contract. Second is other than the Hamstring he has been pretty healty at Parkhead. Third is the fact that he wants another crack at Eurpeon ball and with almost touching distance of not only a group stage slot but a pot two slot as well this will seal the deal. Also lets not forget he was under alot of preasure to play fifity plus games for the red devils with all the cup ties and domestic mathces, thats not including his internationals. At Parkhead he could play half those matches and still make the same impact which would be just fine with him I beleieve.

Good on ya, Keano! I knew he had at least 1 more good season left in his legs. Show the Bhoys that he can produce another title.

Personally I hope he doesn't stay.
I'm a Celtic fan, but I don't think he's paticularly amazing. Not good enough for the wages he's getting anyway imo..

Plus, we have a 34 year old short tempered Irishman as it is n I know who I'd prefere if it came down to a choice between Wee Lenny n Keane.

So did Celtic sign him just to sell kits and put more butts in the seats?

Primarily, I think they did. Minus the seats thing, as the ground is mostly close to full anyway. Shirt selling, Harlem Globetrotters summer income, stuff like that.

I'm not saying it's a particularly evil thing to do, and it works for Celtic because a large proportion of Celtic fans are quite stupid and extremely sentimental, so they are easily parted with their money. It's just good business.
