Hi,
how do the Absolutes fit compared to pulses? I tried on some UK10 (my pulse size) Absolutes a couple of weeks ago. They seemed a tiny bit longer, but narrower... What are your experiences regarding the sizing of the Absolutes?

i have them in the same size as my pulses, they're a bit roomier in the toe box

The toe box is a little longer and narrower, but not so much that I went a size smaller. I use the same size as the Pulses. I also found there was less padding in the heel of the Abs, so my heel slips a little in them.

Yeah, I would go with the same size as in Pulses.

anyone notice jaun roman riquelme started off wearing the new blue/white absolutes against arsenal today and about 15 or 20 mins into the match he went off and changed back to his white/gold boots

are these boots really better than the pulses .. im starting to like the look of them and i want a leather boot... ehose who have them do you think id be better off gettin copas or legends rather than these.. the thing putting me off about them is that it looks like there to much plastic and hardley any leather.. the fact that i have vaps and tunits which are already syhthetic doesn make me want another synthetic boot to add to the collection.. i love synthetics but i feel that if im going to get a leather boot i want it to be quality leather

i own 2 pairs of absolutes one in white/gold and one in red/black and they are great boots. I have also owned a few pairs of copas and i find that the copas studs are a little short for my liking and the boots loose there shape a little easy. i have not worn or tried legends so i can't pass judgement on them but i can recommend absolutes. they are great boots.

Yeah I did. It was a bit strange really because the boots he had were SG and he changed into the FG ones. It started raining in the second half too. Still, it didn't make him play any better.

The new black/gold absolutes wer worn by Daniele De Rossi in AS Romas game against Sampdoria, first player to have worn them i think, and they look very nice from what i see!! Go on the getty images site an hav a look

Hello...I was looking to buy some new absolutes and I have a question.
I went to my local football store to try on absolutes, and I have quite wide feet so I wanted to check sizing before I went to buy. Anyways I tried on a pair of the black/red/white absolutes in a size 9US/8.5UK and they were really tight around my foot. So I tried on a size 9.5US/9UK in the same boot, which is leather, and they were still quite tight. So I tried on the Beckham Absolutes, the synthetic ones, in a 9.5US/9UK and they were very comfortable they fit well and I was just curious if anyone has noticed this before or can explain what is happening? Thank you...

Interesting... I haven't tried either but I wonder if it's because the leather boots will stretch but the synthetic ones won't, so maybe they made the leather ones slightly tighter in the knowledge that they will end up being about the same size.
Or they just decided to make Beckham's boots more like the way his foot is shaped but I doubt it.

Did u guys know that..here(Brunei)when the tunits came in at a local shop they also bought the gold black absolutes...and this was like in mid march..ahhahahi was wondering why the pro's havent worn em yet...everyone thinks they're yuck..but i love this colour way i was thinking maybe kaka wud wear these or sumthing..

i just got the white and blue ones, i got a good deal. $200.00 Canadian.
Anyway my question is, after using them what do i maintain them with. My last shoes, lotto stadios i had some adidas mink oil and it was black, made for black shes and i put that one to keep the leather fresh and moist so that it dosent rip and all that.
what do i use for these now?
