Has anyone got a number where I can speak to a human? Can't get a response using the email form.

I've been through the same situation in not receiving replies to emails and ended up calling FIFA Headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland where I was given a Ticket Hotline number which is different to the one in the post above.
The number I was given is +49 180 5998723
I had to wait for more than half an hour in a queue!
Eventually they answered and the tickets are on their way :D
