Right now, Cleveland's "landmark" is destined to be Mediterranean (sp?) Avenue, due to number of votes.
(the map has options to learn how it works and check results (and see landmark options))

Which would you pick (of the available choices)?

I would personally have picked Terminal Tower, among a couple of other ideas in my head, but there are other decent choices, including good arguments for the choices listed too...
Though I am a huge Indians fan, and I almost picked Northcoast Harbor, I ended up picking Euclid Avenue.

Terminal Tower. On a clear day you can see it from as far away as Parma. The first recognizable thing that pops out at you as you drive up 71 or 77 into town... along with the Jake light towers.

A generation ago, I'd've included the East 9th Street marquee of the Roxy:D . Va va voom.

I would rather have the Rock Hall over Euclid Ave or Northcoast Harbor.

Either the Rock Hall or Terminal Tower.

Flaming River?

Flaming douchebag.

Gotta be Terminal Tower. It transcends the generations.

Most non-Clevelanders will recognize the Rock Hall as our preeminent landmark. When I lived in DC, everyone asked me about the Rock Hall upon learning I was a native Clevelander.

I think its very odd Hasbro selected North Coast Harbor over the Rock Hall.

Yeah, I'm curious as to who came up with the choices, including places other than Cleveland. I was suprised to not see Terminal Tower or the Rock Hall, just as I was suprised to not see the Space Needle in Seattle, and just as I was suprised to not see the Rock Hall listed in Northcoast Harbor's description. Though many are alright, some are at the very least extremely perplexing, if not downright idiotic.

Was browsing a couple old threads and came across this one....

Just FYI: Jacobs Field won. :)
