I just got the French onze mondial in front of me and they're giving up to 5 stars to every team. Here are their ratings:
Germany 5
Costa Rica 1
Ecuador 2
Poland 2
----------
England 4
Paraguay 3
Sweden 3
Trinidad 1
----------
Argentina 4
Ivory Coast 3
Holland 4
Serbia Montenegro 2
----------
Angola 1
Iran 2
Mexico 3
Portugal 3
----------
USA 3
Ghana 2
Italy 5
Czech Republic 3
----------
Australia 2
Brazil 5
Croatia 2
Japan 2
----------
France 4
South Korea 1
Switzerland 3
Togo 1
----------
South Arabia 0
Spain 3
Tunisia 1
Ukraine 3
well, that's just the french point of view ...
I think Poland, Serbia, Croatia and South Korea are underrated by them and Germany is overrated. Well, they might have their Waterloo

Germany should be a 3 bumped to a 4 by virtue of the fact that they are the home team, but 5 is too high. The loss of Rooney bumps England from 5 to a 4.
Also, T&T at a 1 is still too high and Poland at only a 2 is a joke. The Poles should be at least a 3.

Swiss should be a 2 not a 3.
Tunisia should be a 2 not a 1.
Germany a 5..come on now. What could possibly make who ever made this pole think that.

I agree with Tunisia
Switzerland has improved much tough the last two years. Two years ago I would have given us a 2 although they played like a 1 at the EC. But the team has been growing and now earns this 3. The French know it as they've played us 4 times in 2 years and they've realized the progress made

Tunisia has improved too. There is no way they are a 1. So if you think Swiss is a 3 then you agree they are the same as Spain, Czech, Mexico, and Portugal. These ratings are crap. I wonder why this loser ranks the Arab teams so low.
