Any secret to avoiding or escaping the waiting room? Every available package has bumped me directly there, where I have been languishing on six screens for hours. Earlier phases weren't this bad.

Leave a waiting room up for an hour or so and check back later and click the next try button. It might go to the red error screen... that's what I did today.

I had the craziest experience today. Around 1:30 EST, I was clicking around and happened up 2 cat. 2 Holland-Ivory Coast on the French page. Filled in the fields, payment, etc. and clicked the submit button. Got this strange message that said (translated by babel fish), something about not allowing me to release them or something. The only thing I could think was that I had not clicked on the terms button but I went back and had. It was really weird and had links to customer service or back to individual tickets. So I ended up with nothing :mad:

Every attempt to get directly to the secure server (from clicking in this thread, for instance) bumps me into the waiting room. Would love to hear a trick for that.

Try getting into a game that comes up often - find some tickets on the match page and then hit enter. Once you fill out the robot checker there, you should be fine.

As soon as you get into the waiting room, go to your browser options and look at your cookies. Find one that is from ssltickets.fifaworldcup.com, it should be called "AkaTime" or something. Note that it expires in about 30 seconds. Delete it. Then hit reload in the waiting room. Delete cookie. Reload. Delete cookie. Reload... eventually it should get you through.
