Barcelona - Arsenal

In the final, IF you predict a full time draw, then you can earn extra points by correctly picking the eventual winner - regardless of whether the winner is determined after extra time or in penalty kicks.

The points shape up like this. 20 points for the correct result plus 10 for the correct score. If you correctly predict a draw (of any score) and also predict the eventual winner, then you get 10 bonus points for that.

So - just to illustrate to make it clear...

Your Prediction: Barcelona 0-0 Arsenal, Barca wins

Full time score is 0-0 and Barca wins, you get 40 points.
Full time score is 0-0 and Arsenal wins, you get 30 points.
Full time score is 1-1 and Barca wins, you get 30 points.
Full time score is 1-1 and Arsenal wins, you get 20 points.

Predicting an outright winner in normal time, the max points is 30 - 20 for corrrectly predicting the winner and 10 more if you get the score correct.

Good luck.

It depends how Arsenal play. You know Barcelona is going to play their game. However, which Arsenal will show up? The one versus Villarreal in the second leg or the "Joga Bonito" style. We shall wait and see.

In the beginning barca will take control of the game and score in the 20. minute. After that Arsenal will be shocked, but nearly equalize before halftime which gives them new hope.
In the second half Arsenal will attack constantly and dominating the game, but barca will have the better chances through counter attacks, and still failing to decide the match.
And finally in the 85. minute Arsenal will score...
1:1

Pires shakes hands with Ronaldinho pre-game and receives a red card. Eto claims Ljungberg made an insulting remark and therefore receives a red. Despite down 2 men Reyes scores but goal called off because according to FIFA no one is allowed to play full strength against Barca nor score aginst them even if it is onsides. At half-time FIFa awards Ronaldinho player of the match and the CL trophy is given to Barca .

Can't see it and, sorry gooners, I don't want to see Arsenal winning it. It's been years now since one of the real 'best sides in europe' actually lifted the CL Trophy and Barcelona are the best side in Europe. The last two winners were Liverpool and Porto for gods sake and if Arsenal win it will continue this chain of farcical champions of Europe (also remember Madrid winning it when they finished 7th in La Liga). As Juventus didn't turn-up for their game against Arsenal, the best sides in Europe were Barca and AC Milan, and therefore we've already seen what should have been the final last week.

Nah...not convinced it'll be all Barca - nerves, pyschological and physical fatigue got the better of Arsenal against Villereal in the return, they should be better prepared in the final. Xavi and Messi playing boost Barcas' chances yet if Reyes and RVP step up along with Helb, Henry, Cesc and Pires, we'll see fireworks...I've a feeling that defences will decide the outcome and Elephants are hard to get around!

Well, I think Arsenal knows how to adapt in Europe. Against Villarreal, Wenga said he didn't understand why his players camped in their own half for most of the game. Well, they have simply found a way to survive, and it works for them. If Barca starts pressing, they'll go all out defense and leave Henry as the lone striker. Like against Juve, they will try to hit Barca on the counter, and anything is possible! I too agree Elephants are hard to get around :)
