I'm assuming the French league is on their break or something because I've seen nothing related to it at all on FSW and I thought they showed three games a week or something. I haven't seen a commercial, game, or even highlights, so do they cover it or not? Just wondering.

They did last season. They're not carrying it this year.

In USA, you can get one French League match a week in French is you have Dish Network, have installed the second dishantenna pointed at the 61.5 degrees west and pay about $10 more each month a month. Then channel is called TV5. Not on DirectTV. Both main Candadian satellite systems have the matches too. Possibly on cable in Quebec?

That channel is TV5 Quebec, as opposed to TV5 USA on Dish Network.
TV5 Quebec is available on both Canadian DBS. It carries the same la Championnat game as TV5 USA, as well as the highlight show on Sunday.
There is also another French channel RFO which carries French soccer. Just last weekend, there were 4 Coupe de France games. RFO also carries the Coupe de la Ligue. It used to carry a Wednesday Champions League game and les Bleus, but not anymore.

I heard about those Freedom Fries. They are so American :D
It's funny. Rogers Sportsnet in Canada shows the English League while the province of Que`bec shows the French League.
Pretty interesting.
