I don't blame him for being depressed.....being injured and missing out on the world cup after having such a fantastic run of form and season....
It's the biggest nightmare a footballer can have.

well the good news is Karimi is getting back to health. because when the team went for a bike ride he is shown here on the far right participating on a bike and all. definately good news for the guy considering how bad he looked coming off the field when he was injured a while back

Bayern bought 1860's stadium shares (50%) for 11 Mio Euro plus 1860's annual payments have been reduced. In 4 years 1860 have the chance to buy back the shares.
So now it is official: Bayern is the club with the highest debts in German football: App. 300 Mio Euro. ;-)
Ok, on the other side they have a stadium worth about the same amount plus about 130 Mio Euro in Adidas shares.
Btw, and that is crucial to understand what is happening, the problem is not who owns the stadium now that Bayern bought 1860's shares for 11 mio Euro, but who will play there. Without 1860 in professional football FC Bayern will have a GREAT problem as there won't be enough revenue to serve credits. Still Bayern would by far not being in danger of collapsing, but that could mean that they miss out on about 10-15 Mio Euro each year, that they need to cover the losses of the fact that 1860 does not play there anymore

ok let me get some of this information straight
1) Bayern have bought 50% of 1860's shares in the Allianz Arena OR they have bought all of the shares at 50% of their value?
2) Are you saying that 1860 will not even be able to play in the AA?

1) Bayern bought those 50% of Allianz Arena (Stadion Ltd.) that were owned by 1860 till this morning. So instead of 50/50 it is now 100% Bayern-owned. 1860 can buy back those shares in 4 years.
2) With this deal 1860 is saved for the nearer future (let's say this and hopefully next season). They will (and have to) play at Allianz Arena as no matter what they do, they have to pay the (now reduced) rent.

thats at the moment:

1. what does this all translate to in regards to the transfer market?
2. What im getting from this is that 1860 can still play football. (question did they servive the BL2 this year?) am i correct?
This year must be home of the most interesting years in recent history, here we are on the brink or reengineering our team for the future and then this.
OH WELL :o

nothing, if the situation is in 4 years not better, we will have probs with the Transfers, but at the moment there are no problems in buying new players.

they still play there, but they just pay the half rent for the arena every year, if they go down to the Regionalliga (3rd League) the just pay the half of the half. and if they go up to the 1st League they will pay the same money like Bayern to the Allianz Arena Company AND they have to pay us our 11 Mio + 6,5% interests(?) back

I dont know snoop, but this just sounds like we can forget about Aguero and the likes (players in the 20 mil bracket).
I just feel Uli is going to play it safe until he is certain we can get our money back.:(

here is the important part
here the translation with an google-translation
No influence on transfer politics on the current financial policy of the FC Bavaria, for example the transfer politics, does not have these transactions influence. "that becomes the next three, four years our transfers does not affect", insured Hoeness. One will shift the 11 million "within the bank".

€11 million rescue deal
TSV 1860 sell share in stadium to Bayern
27.04.2006
FC Bayern Munich have acquired a 100 percent stake in the Allianz Arena after purchasing TSV 1860 Munich's 50 percent share in holding company Allianz Arena Munich Stadium GmbH for €11 million, Bayern board directors Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, Uli Hoeneß and Karl Hopfner, and TSV 1860 Munich directors Dr Stefan Ziffzer and Stefan Reuter told a news conference on Thursday. The transaction means Bayern become sole owners of Allianz Arena Munich Stadium GmbH, and thus of the stadium itself.

It seems that the buyback option is not a very good deal for Bayern.
TSV 1860 can avoid bankruptcy by offering their shares to some other parties, but its fair to give the priority to Bayern.
That'S why I was a bit sceptical at Bayern's position in "the richest clubs" financial disclosures about a month ago. The extra 50% burden will surely affect our cashflow for quite some years to come unless something miraculous will happen in TSV in the next 4-5 years. no question about this.

Its sort of nice that it is basically exclusively ours, but it was never in the plans to really be. It sucks because financially its going to affect us for some time. If Bayern is gonna be paying instead of 5 million, like 10-15 million now, thats atleast one pretty good transfer we lose. But maybe thats a good thing because then they will tour the USA next summer and make a few bucks to help try and pay the debt, i would love to see them come to Bridgeview or Soldier Field :D
Seriously tho its not very good because 1860 basically are covered by Bayern. I know footyfan out there knows all the bad odd and end stuff about Bayern, but if your out there footy, do you know how many clubs in Germany Bayern has actually helped save? just wondering
