Way too early for odds to be out, but this "abbreviated" weekend offers some interesting matchups.
Saturday, April 22
New York Red Bulls vs D.C. United - 4:00 p.m. - ESPN2
Houston Dynamo vs Real Salt Lake - 8:30 p.m. - DK
Los Angeles Galaxy vs Columbus Crew - 10:30 p.m. - DK, HDNet
Sunday, April 23
FC Dallas vs Kansas City Wizards - 5:00 p.m. - ESPN2
I tend to let my allegiance get in the way of what I know best. NY might get the best of DC, but that won't keep me from adding DC to the parlay. Houston is better than their record indicates. They should work RSL over. LA shouldn't have much problem with the Crew. Dallas/KC should be a good match from a fan's perspective. For leisure wagering, it's too close to call. Dallas should be favored.
Without looking at the odds, the conservative approach would call for a two play parlay on Houston and LA. If you're gusty, add DC. If you have money to blow, add the Sunday match.
If anyone sees odds around, post them.

I'm Going to go for a Houston and LA parlay when the odds come out. Should be a pretty "safe" parlay.
I went for the fire over C-bus last week but the match ended in a tie and with me out of 5 bucks.
And Kevin Nolan of Bolton in th EPL missed a sitter in the 90th minute vs. West Brom. I would of made like 15 bucks on my 5 buck wager.

From Bet365.com:
Book Closes - Fixture - Home - Draw - Away
Apr 22-16:00 - NY Red Bulls v DC United - 2.20 - 3.25 - 2.75
Apr 22-20:30 - Houston Dynamo v Real Salt Lake - 1.66 - 3.40 - 4.33
Apr 22-22:30 - Los Angeles v Columbus - 1.72 - 3.40 - 4.00
Apr 23-17:00 - Dallas v Kansas City - 2.25 - 3.20 - 2.75
As expected, the odds are low on Houston and LA. I'm adding DC to the parlay to up the payout. The Dallas and KC match is just too even for me to take. I'll just enjoy it instead.

The Red Bulls are having some tough times off the pitch with Guevara's "racist" comment and the rumors of RBNY wanting Mo Johnston out (Rumor says if Mo loses this game, he's out), the rumor saying RBNY wants Franz Beckenbauer to be the coach, and Lalas jumping ship to LA.

perhaps I'm just being a homer, but with KC's recent form, and those odds, I'll probably take win/draw, no lose on that game. The rest of the odds only lend themselves to a good two-way parlay. I'm way up already this season, so I may just ignore the other games and take the combined odds on the win/draw KC/DAL for a couple bucks each way.

Wow. Them's some good odds on DC, especially considering what's going on in NJ right now.

Exactly. That's why I couldn't resist. I do wish, however, that it was the first of three of Saturday's matches. I like the "easy" games to be first for a parlay.
I just jinxed myself.

I'd like to thank the Galaxy for not showing up and giving the crew the win in the 96 minute.

Isn't that the truth? LA absolutely stunk up the place. They were crap. Vagenas couldn't stick his finger up his ass. Terrible. Even though I lost my three-way DC/Houston/LA parlay, I was elated when the Crew scored at the end. They deserved it. Columbus owned the midfield.
