I don't know if Eddie will stay longer, but he can, according to fifa:

And no, this does not affect Demerit, since he is not making the squad;)

I hope Eddie stays with Leeds, even though they are struggling in division 2 more that I thought they would. Hey is that a pic of Hahnemann and Convey?

Eddie should stay with Leeds for the promo-playoffs, I don't think Bruce would have any problem with it.

He's a veteran who knows Arena's system, and Bruno knows exactly what he'll get out of Eddie -- theres no need for him to miss the playoffs.

Besides, we can always use another Yank in the Prem...

yes it is a pic of hanneman and convey. also i agree, we need him to get promoted. he will not be a victim of "tired legs," plus he probably will be playing better competition than the rest of the wc squad

too bad, leeds united. he needs to get adjusted to become our LB by June 12th. he's been faithful to Leeds enough.

Lewis is vital to the success of both club and country and I see him staying for the playoff battles. They do pay his salary but at the same time the injury factor and the quick adjustment period at LB could be jepordized. Either way, Lewis is professional enough and knows what's at stake, whatever route his chooses. He'll make the right choice (if he has one, that is).

Of course he was always going to stay, and he should. Not surprising.

I wish he WOULD leave Leeds before the playoff as that could only benefit Crystal Palace.

Alas he will not. I don't expect that anyone will be let go from the playoff teams, it is too important. Getting that promotion spot is worth several million pounds to the teams involved.

yup.

besides, this really doesn't hurt USA.

Actually, I just wish Arena re-camped the MLS boys along with Beas, Convey, and Hanemen and possible even Feilhaber. like Mexico is doing now.
