Maybe this has been answered elsewhere, and if it has, my bad.

Does anyone know if sportsbooks (like a Ladbrokes or a William Hill) operate inside any of the stadiums in Germany?

I'll answer this to the best of my knowledge, but someone may correct me later. Sports betting in Germany is a state monopoly (Oddset), and it will not operate in the stadiums. You'll see shops in town where you can place a bet.
