Beat Fener 4-1 despite having Craig Moore sent off early.

I got the treble.

Finished with 86 points. Villa, Wigan, and Charlton go down. West Brom, Leicester City, and the Zulus come up.

I haven't played lately, but I know I've only played like 13 games and Oba already has 24 goals. Bambi has half that. Conclusion? Oba is God.

Yep, he finished with 79 for me.

Bambi ended with 66.

I'm definitely turning the time down to 4 minutes.

Yeah that is just stupid. It is why I refuse to start a season in Fifa 07. I play versus friends and that is it.

That's why you speed up the clock...

Milner got sent off in the first minute of my fourth round Carling Cup game at home to Ipswich (damn that lob/slide tackle command being the same!). Still won 4-2.

Yeah I play 4 minute halves no matter what, but it still seems stupid to me.

Signed Anton Ferdinand to replace the retiring Craig Moore.

4 min + World Class difficulty = a slightly more realistic manager mode.

Signed Anton Ferdinand to replace the retiring Craig Moore.

I signed him for Bayern, he becomes a beast as the years go by.

Ramage and Taylor are my main CB's for my Newcastle squad. I also brought up a young CB from my youth team...he's rapidly getting better (7-10 experience points per game).

Sit 7th on 4 points after 3 games. Opened with a 2-2 draw at Chelsea where their new signing Wayne Rooney scored 2.

Got beaten at SJP 4-1 bu Fulham in a debacle and then hammered the Zulus 4-1 at St. Andrews. At home to Watford right now.

Well in FM2007 I finally got Newcastle into the ECC by finishing 4th. 2010 season coming up, I won my first leg 3-2 at home to Rangers(should have been 3-0) and now I have to sweat it out on the return leg. Blah.

Oh and I've been playing this stupid game for the past 10 hours when I should really be doing essays.

I recently dropped $30 for the new Champions League game. It's pretty good, and worth it if you're a huge fan of European football. If you're not quite done with FIFA 07, I'd say it's not quite worth it. The game modes are different enough to warrant a purchase, however,

Also, ToonUSA might be interested to know there's a Bucharest team. EA couldn't get the license for "Steaua Bucharest," so it's just called Bucharest.

Hmm thanks for the heads up. What players are on the team? Or is it just a generic team?

So any word? I'm probably going to buy it anyway tomorrow.

I'm willing to bet they omitted Mutu again.

Bad news, I'm afraid: no Mutu, and the Steaua players are not real. :(

On the bright side, at least the players on the Bucharest team have Romanian-sounding names. Except the goalie, who is "from Portugal" (when in reality I think Steaua has a Brazilian goalkeeper). So I think the players are at least based on their counterparts. Also, the red and blue kits are there.

Is it going by the old Winning Eleven naming style, where Brazil had R. Larcos and Ronadlo? :D

Ha, nope, nothing that bad.
