last night at my game, i was running past a defender and he hit my calf and fell on me. I knew right away i couldnt continue to play, but there was 20 seconds left and I just stayed on.I cant walk on it, I limp. It hurts when I try to walk on it, I think it is bruised, and also the bone on the side of the leg hurts a bit when I touch it. Any suggestions what to do? I have been icing it all morning, and I just applied deep cold on it.

all you can do with that mate at the early stages is RICE rest ICE COMPRESSION ELAVATION sounds like a bruise will take a few days to go away then you can start streching it out.
