I was just wondering if anyone here knows how their club rates nationaly. My club is in the top 42 in the country, and was just made a Nike Premeir Club. Does anyone know about your won status in the national standings?

I used to play on a top 60 team. At least I vaguely remember us being that. I remember beating a few top teams such as Scott Gahallager (or however you spell that), and getting cheated out of a win in Dallas Cup versus Las Vegas Premier (horrible reffing).

Those rankings are horrible, I play for '88 TFC Navy out of NC and we are the #1 team in the state going into the state cup, and we aren't even listed, where as there are teams that are like 15 and 16h in the state ranked...

yeah. gotsoccer.com assigns points to and ranks teams by how they finished in the tournaments they have rated on their sites, so if you don't play in any of those, you don't get ranked, basically.

Yeah, I don't like to refer to those rankings really. A team that is ranked 4th in my state is in a division lower than us and has lost all of their games this season so far. The team that I play for has beaten the 4th ranked team numerous times, but we are still about 11th in the state. In some states, and in national rankings, regional teams are ranked lower than premier, or travel teams, that only travel in their states, which is complete idiocy in my opinion. Those rankings are pretty piss-poor if you ask me.

I usually go by www.nationalsoccerranking.com .. they seem to be a little better, I think.
